Protein and low carb double chocolate and almond mug cake

The important thing is to have it!!!

What is a mug cake?

All-American preparation for this very simple single-serving cake that can be cooked in the microwave in a few minutes.
Its peculiarity is that it does not provide for the use of silicone cake tins or molds for the realization.

How is it make?

On Google there are infinite versions of recipes for mug cake: try typing "mug cake" in the search engine and you will understand..
The chocolate version remains the most popular and I couldn't help but bring you my version..

Sugar free, protein and low carb with Iso-Fuji with double chocolate and almonds: awesome to try!!

Ingredients:

10g of Iso-Fuji double chocolate

20g of almond flour

5g of erythritol

1 medium egg

20g of Greek Yogurt 0%

10g of bitter cocoa

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

For the topping:

Peanut cream with chocolate flakes to taste

Mix of dried fruit Goji berries seeds and almonds (optional or other choice) to taste

 

Method:

Pour into the cup all the required ingredients (excluding the topping)

Stir well with a spoon until the mixture is creamy.

Cover the cup with plastic wrap.

Cook in the microwave at 800w (P80 for the other versions) for 3 minutes.

Then add the peanut cream with a mix of dried fruit and enjoy immediately.
