Apples and blueberries pancakes in a pan: healthy and delicious recipe

Nothing better and tastier than a plate of hot apple pancakes..
Let alone if they are also healthy and ready immediately!!!

Just like the recipe that I propose today: tall and fluffy apple fritters that everyone really likes. The recipe is quick and easy and, in 10 minutes with very few ingredients, its ready: perfect for breakfast but also for an healthy snack.
The version that I propose today, unlike the classic fried, cooks in a pan and the only care to have is to get a small pan with a non-stick bottom and high edges.
In this way you will be able to obtain very high pancakes and that can contain an abundant apple heart.

Versatile, to be made with mixtures of different aromas and served with one of our sugar-free creams; are awesome!!!

Light and soft, sugar, yeast and butter free, prepare them together without frying and without turning on the oven.

Will become everyone's joy; even children..

Ingredients:

20g of almond flavored oat flour

20g of About Breakfast flavored cookies

100g of egg white

4g of hydrolithin

20g of lemon juice

50g of apples

Topping (optional):

Sugar-free organic almond cream to taste

Fresh blueberries to taste

Drops of dark chocolate to taste

Method:

Clean the apple by cutting it into thin slices and keep aside.

In a container, with the electric whisk, whip the egg white until stiff.

Add the flour and stir well with a spatula trying not to dismantle the cream too much.

Also combine the hydrolithin on which we pour the lemon juice.

Leave it to act for a few minutes.

Turn with the spatula going to perfectly eliminate the foam given by the reaction.

Also combine the slices of apple kept aside (you can add some cut at the moment).

Bring to the fire a pan on which we have passed some coconut oil dabbed with kitchen paper and let it heat well.

Begin to pour the batter with the help of a spoon trying to get tall and stuffed pancakes.

Cook until bubbles of air form on the surface.

Turn and finish cooking. We proceed like this to the end.

Tips:

Are delicious eaten warm and accompanied with almond cream, fresh blueberries and dark chocolate flakes or simply with maple syrup and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
