Procedure

Cover with cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

Line with oven paper a tart pan or grease with butter and sprinkle with flour the base.
Lay the dough and cut the excess.
Pierce the base with a fork and handle the edges so that they adhere to the pan.
Pour the jam and spread it over the entire surface.
