The organic hazelnut cream is type of delicious vegan spreadable cream, without added chocolate, sugar or salt that maintains all hazelnuts' characteristic nutrients.
Made only with fruits deriving from organic agriculture, organic hazelnut cream does not contain emulsifiers, additives, stabilizers, nor palm oil and, unlike other hazelnut-based creams and types of hazelnut butter on the market (where fruit is present only between 13% -16%), it only uses natural hazelnut oils to give a velvety consistency and an irresistible genuine taste. To make this type of cream we start from the toasting and grinding of whole natural "cold" worked hazelnuts. Contrary to added and refined hazelnut creams, this type of processing maintains the nutritional principles unchanged and is ideal for healthily replenishing energy levels.
Properties of hazelnuts
Hazelnuts are extremely digestible and rich in good fats given by the monounsaturated and polyunsaturated oils which make up 65% of the fruit's caloric content. Hazelnuts fats help keep the cardiovascular system healthy. In particular, it has been widely demonstrated that oleic acid (example of monounsaturated fat) is an excellent bad LDL cholesterol and triglycerides "sweeper" and contributes to prevent and protect against heart diseases.
Hazelnuts are also an excellent source of vitamin E, an important antioxidant that can hinder free radicals and counteract tissues aging. These oilseeds also bring a good dose of B vitamins and trace elements such as iron, copper, zinc, selenium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium.

The cream is also highly appreciated for the preparation of biscuits, sweet creams, soft cakes, and muffins.
