The cake with orange juice is a very soft and fragrant, simple and healthy dessert that is prepared with cream oatmeal and orange juice.
Its consistency recalls the classic donut while its intense aroma will bring reassuring tones into your kitchen that taste like home and peaceful memories.
You will love the finish of a delicious cake, melting with every bite and also perfect for being soaked in the foam of your almond cappuccino in the morning!

Soft and light, ideal for breakfast for the whole family; its tasty and rich in vitamin C

A very easy recipe that includes very few ingredients including oat flour and its many beneficial properties.
I chose a cream aroma and I found it perfect in flavor; a few minutes and all the ingredients are already perfectly assembled and ready to be put in the oven.
Made without butter, chose a simple version covered with a dark chocolate cream but which can be simple or enriched with chocolate chips or accompanied with a teaspoon of very good sugar free almond cream.

Awesome cake to be prepared now for a perfect good morning full of many benefits!!!

Ingredients:

300g of cream flavored oat flour

3 eggs

2 oranges (juice and zest)

100g of erythritol

100g of stevia

100g of peanut oil

16g of baking powder

salt a pinch

Method:

Take peel from the oranges and then, dividing them in half, get their juice too.

In a separate container, work with the mixer, eggs with the erythritol and the stevia until the mixture is clear and doubled in volume (it will take from 3 to 5 minutes).

Add the oil and then also the juice of the oranges, always with the electric whips running.

Work the ingredients well.

Sift the oat flour with the baking powder, salt, orange peel and add to the mixture.

Work with the mixer until a smooth and creamy dough is obtained.

Pour the cream into a mold (20cm is perfect) and cook in a preheated oven at 180° (static) for 40 minutes.

Do toothpick test to make sure that the center is well done too.

Remove from the oven and let it cool inside the mold.

Once cold, decorate surface with the melted dark (perhaps still warm) and enjoy immediately.
