Ingredients
- 200g Max protein oatmeal "Nutchoc"
- 2 whole eggs
- 300ml of egg white (approx)
- 50g cocoa powder (add more if desired)
- 1 low-fat greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoons erythritol (sugar substitute)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Method
1Combine all the ingredients.
2Pour the mixture into a suitable muffin tin.
3Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for a maximum of 7 minutes.
4Once the cakes have risen, remove them from the oven.
5Serve them immediately, while they are still hot!
