Yamamoto® Nutrition products are manufactured according to a high standard of quality. As a demonstration of this statements, Yamamoto Nutrition certifies the content of its products by official laboratory analysis.

To detect the presence of undesired substances capable to increase the protein content, such as collagen and glycine, it is important to analyze the amino acid profile and then compare it with that expected for the different protein matrix.

In case of an addition of junk, in the amino acid profile analized we would find an increase of glycine and proline (of which the collagen is naturally rich).

Laboratory analysis of Iso-Fuji®

Comparing the test reports it's possible to assert that in the product Yamamoto® Nutrition Iso-Fuji® there are no unwanted additions, because glycine declared by the manufacturer is 1.40% and lab analysis shows it even less. Same goes for the proline, of which collagen is rich, and that would rise at presence unreported. The values are comparable to some results on studies from the literature.
